WORKSHOP :

Workshop tickets are available at the Registration Desk, although the seats are limited.

NAME BUDGES :

 

All delegates will be given a name budge at registration. For security reasons, we ask you to wear your name budge at all times. This name budge is also the official entrance pass to all scientific sessions, exhibition area, poster area, teas and lunches each day and inclusive social programs.

CLOAK :

Cloak is located as follows:
On June 1 and June 2, at the 2nd floor at Fukuoka International Congress Center
From June 3 to June 5, at the 2nd floor at Fukuoka Sunpalace and the lobby of Marinemesse Fukuoka

LANGUAGE :

The official language of the Meeting will be English.

EXHIBITION :

The Congress Exhibition, held on June 2, 3, and 4 from 9:00 to 18:00, featuring commercial displays of pharmaceutical companies, media publishers and scientific societies will be located at the arena of Marinmesse Fukuoka.

POSTER SESSIONS :

 

Poster sessions will take place at Marinemesse Fukuoka, adjacent to the Exhibition Area. Posters should be mounted on the assigned board in the Poster Display area on the designated date by 10:00. The poster presenting authors should be in attendance from 13:00 to 14:00 on the day of their poster presentation for free discussion.

Best Presentation Award :

 

Out of the 20 excellent abstracts, three “Best Presentation” will be selected by official judges who evaluate the poster presentations, and will be announced at the Japan Night held on June 4.

SPEAKER’S PREVIEW CORNER :

 

Speakers are asked to bring their formatted PowerPoint presentations to the Speaker's Preview Corner located on the 2nd floor at Fukuoka International Congress Center at least one hour before their session. Files from keydrives or CD-ROMs can be transferred to the Congress servers at that time.

SHUTTLE BUS :

 

Shuttle buses will be provided between Fukuoka International Conference Center and Hotel Nikko Fukuoka and Fukuoka International Congress Center and Hotel Okura. This service will be available from 7:20am to 6:30pm from 2nd June to 5th June. In addition, the service will be available in accordance with the Opening Ceremony and Cocktail Reception. NON-SMOKING POLICY :

 

There is no smoking place in the premise of Congress venue.

Please ensure that all mobile phones are switched to silent mode during the scientific sessions.
